cc222's commitment to responsible gaming
cc222 believes gaming is for enjoyment — not for stress or harm. Our tools and guidelines help keep you informed and safe.
Why is responsible gaming important?
Online gaming is a form of entertainment. However, when any enjoyment goes out of control, it can cause problems in your personal and family life. cc222 always wants our players to enjoy games happily, healthily, and with awareness.
Responsible gaming means staying aware of your time, money, and mental state. It is not a restriction — it is a way to protect yourself. We want to offer you effective tools and advice that keep your gaming experience balanced and enjoyable.
Only those aged 21 or above can participate at cc222. Use of the gaming platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
cc222's protection tools
Our platform has several handy tools you can use yourself to keep your gaming in check.
Deposit Limit
You can set your own cap on how much money you deposit per day, week, or month. Once you lower this limit it takes effect immediately, but raising it requires a waiting period.
Session Time-Out
Set a time limit for how long you will play in advance. Once that time is up, your session ends automatically and you are logged out of your account. This helps you take a break from long sessions.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need a break from gaming, you can exclude yourself for a set period — from a few weeks up to permanently. During this time no promotional messages will be sent to your account.
Bet Limit
Set your own maximum bet per round or per day. This feature helps you play within a fixed budget and protects you from unexpectedly large losses.
Reality Reminder
After you have been playing for a long time, cc222 will remind you how long you have been playing. This reminder encourages you to stay aware and take a break when needed.
Direct Support
If you want to talk about a gaming problem, reach cc222's 24/7 live chat or email [email protected]. Our team is always ready to assist in both Bengali and English.
Warning signs of problem gaming
If you notice any of the following signs in yourself, you should seek help right away:
- Repeatedly playing to try to win back money you have lost.
- Trying to stop gaming but returning again and again.
- Lying to family or friends about your gaming.
- Taking loans or spending your savings because of gaming.
- Neglecting work, studies, or family to play.
- Feeling restless or anxious when not gaming.
- Spending beyond your set budget and losing control.
Tips for staying safe
Follow these simple rules for an enjoyable experience at cc222:
- Always treat gaming as entertainment — not as a source of income.
- Decide in advance how much time and money you will spend.
- Accept losses as a normal part of gaming and do not try to chase them.
- Take regular breaks and keep up with your daily routine.
- Never play while drinking alcohol or under mental stress.
- Only play with money you can afford to lose without affecting your household.
- If you have a problem, contact cc222 support right away.
Self-exclusion and how to take a break
cc222 believes every player has the right to make decisions for themselves. If you feel you need to step away from gaming for a while, the self-exclusion option is there for you.
Once self-exclusion is active, you will not be able to play from your account. This option is available from 7 days up to permanently. It is not possible to cancel an active exclusion period before it ends.
During the exclusion period, no bonus offers or promotional messages will be sent to your account. If you want a permanent exclusion, email [email protected] — our team will process your request promptly.
Alongside taking a break, you can use deposit limits, loss limits, and session time-outs together — this creates a strong layer of protection. Contact cc222 live chat for direct help using these tools.
